We offer fresh and smoked shrimps, including our specialty Macrobrachium rosenbergii jumbo shrimp, along with various other smoked fish species. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

2. Orders and Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

3. Import & Export Compliance
As an import/export business, we strictly adhere to all international food safety regulations. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the importation of our products complies with their local customs and agricultural laws.

4. Payment
Full payment is required before shipping, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing for wholesale clients.

5. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Ownership and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. Please contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

7. Limitation of Liability
VenShrimp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
